Job Title: Project Coordinator - Marketing

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Location: Corporate office in Sacramento, CA

Level: Employee

FLSA Status: Exempt


Are you detailed oriented and results driven with an interest Project Management? We have an opening with our Marketing team for a Marketing Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience being the liaison between Marketing and other departments within the organization. This diverse role will be a 50/25/25 with 50% being creative project management, 25% digital content coordinating, and 25% as digital asset management administrator.


  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables with all projects related to the Marketing team;
  • Coordinate department calendar and traffic so that work is on time and on-budget;
  • Meet with cross-functional stakeholders to assess upcoming projects, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Plan and schedule project timelines to manage project budgets;
  • Track project traffic and deliverables using Project Management Software;
  • Coordinate creative traffic management (in-house and external resources); source and manage vendors; take final graphics from computer file to finished project;
  • Act as point-of-contact for Asset Management;
  • Responsible for organization and process of asset folders. File photo/video shoots as needed and may include: scouting locations, talent management, wardrobe, on-site coordination, contracts and payments, post production schedule and output;
  • Trade show support in advance planning, resourcing and onsite if needed;
  • Maximize resources and operational efficiencies through outsourcing (timely and on-budget);
  • Drive On-Budget tracking, transparency, and management;
  • Others duties may be assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred;
  • 4+ years professional project management experience;
  • PMP or other Project Management Certification is desired;
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment;
  • Ability to achieve results through multiple stake holders across departments ;
  • Computer skills: MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Track record of planning, organizing and multi-tasking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus;
  • Digital Asset Management Admin experience;
  • Wrike, Teamwork, Assana, MS Project or experience using similar project management tools;
  • Travel as needed (infrequent).


Physical Demands: Sit up to 8 hours per day, must be able to lift 15-50 lbs.
